Who is responsible

Kinjar is run by Codeflow SRL (SRL "CODE FLOW"), IDNO 1025600055208, Ștefan cel Mare 4, of. 5, Slobozia-Dușca, Criuleni district, MD-4838, Republic of Moldova. Codeflow SRL is the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

The early-access list on this website

When you join the list we store your email address, the language of the page, the page you signed up from, the date, and, if you answer them, your country and what you use for money today.

To block spam we also store a one-way hash of your IP address. We can't turn it back into your IP address, and we use it only to count attempts per minute.

We use this to email you when sign-up opens and to offer you the founding price. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to the address above, and we delete your entry.

We keep the list until sign-up opens and for at most 12 months after that, unless you become a customer.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts, so there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, we will ask first with a consent banner and update this notice.

Inside the app

The app stores what you put in it: your account details, your household's accounts, transactions, envelopes, debts, goals and investments, and the receipt photos and statement files you upload. We use it only to run the service for your household.

When you scan a receipt or import a statement, the file is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI, which read it and return the lines. They act as our processors under their API terms, which by default don't use this data to train models.

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or show ads.

Who else handles data

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the early-access list. Anthropic and OpenAI process uploaded receipts and statements for the app. We will list the app's hosting provider and the countries involved here before paid plans start.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Write to the address above and we answer within 30 days.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the EU, the one in your country; in the Republic of Moldova, where Codeflow SRL is registered, the CNPDCP (datepersonale.md).
